Assessment Center
The Assessment Center will serve as a hub for skills validation and certification, offering a full range of competency-based assessments in alignment with TESDA and CHED national standards. It will cater to both students and professionals, providing them with opportunities to:
- Obtain National Certificates (NC) and Certificates of Competency (COC) recognized locally and abroad.

The center will be equipped with modern facilities, simulation rooms, and qualified assessors to ensure that candidates undergo a fair, credible, and quality-assured assessment process.
Training Center
The Training Center will focus on practical, industry-relevant programs designed to meet the demands of key economic sectors, particularly tourism, hospitality, and service industries.
Programs will emphasize:
- Hands-on training in hotel, restaurant, and bar operations.
- Workshops and seminars conducted by experienced industry practitioners.
- Specialized short courses tailored to current labor market trends.
- Dual Training System (DTS) partnerships with companies to integrate academic instruction with workplace immersion.
- Blended Training that combines face-to-face sessions with online learning platforms, providing flexible, accessible, and technology-driven education for both students and working professionals.
This blended approach will ensure that learners receive the best of both worlds—practical exposure in real-life settings and the convenience of digital learning—making training more adaptable to diverse schedules and learning needs.
By combining theory with practice, the Training Center will empower learners with the technical expertise, workplace values, and adaptability required by employers, both in the Philippines and overseas.
Through these initiatives, M.C. Tolentino College Foundation, Inc. reaffirms its mission of empowering individuals with the tools, training, and certifications necessary for sustainable careers, while building a more resilient and progressive society.
